This honey processed Pink Bourbon comes from La Vega, a small two-hectare farm in the hills of San Agustín, Colombia. Grown by Don Hugo and his family, each lot is handpicked, sorted, and dried on-site with some of the fruit left intact allowing sweetness to deepen. The farm relies on microorganisms, mountain yeast, and natural soil management.
